These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Ecomra platform ("Service") operated by Ecomra ("we", "us"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind the business on whose behalf you are signing up. By accepting these Terms you represent that these conditions are met.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
You must notify us immediately at support@ecomra.ai of any unauthorised access.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
Scrape, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service without our written consent.
Upload or transmit malware, spam, or any content that violates third-party rights.
Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service.

4. Third-Party Channels

Ecomra connects to third-party marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, eBay, TikTok, Meta) on your behalf using credentials you provide. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of those channels complies with their respective terms of service.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights in the Ecomra platform — including software, AI models, scoring algorithms, and user interface — are owned by or licensed to us. Your data remains yours; you grant us a limited licence to process it to operate the Service.

6. Beta Features

Some features may be labelled "beta" or made available via invite codes. Beta features are provided "as is" and may change or be removed at any time without notice.

7. Fees and Payment

During the free/beta period, the Service is provided at no charge. If we introduce paid plans, we will provide at least 30 days' notice and require your affirmative consent before charging.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@ecomra.ai.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated recommendations will be accurate or complete.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes by email.
